Here is all you need to do.

Contact us within 14 days of the gloves delivery using this email: info@KeepherSoccer.com and put “return” in the subject line. Give us a brief description of why you want to return the glove.

We will contact you with shipping instructions (you pay for return shipping). If the gloves are not damaged we will refund or exchange them. If the gloves have been worn we will replace them with a different size glove or a different model, it is your choice (we will refund the difference if applicable). We will ship the gloves to you at our expense so you can continue making great saves.

*Personalized gloves can not be exchanged or returned.  X11 gloves once they are marked on can not be returned
